Delivery Incorrect/Missing Item/Faulty Products:
If the delivery you received is incorrect, faulty, missing an item, or you have been sent an incorrect item, please contact us and we will fix the mistake immediately, at no extra cost to yourself of course!
Change of Mind:
If you have changed your mind and no longer want your sparkles, please return the items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full product refund, minus the delivery costs. We cannot however accept returns on cut to measure meterage or customised orders.
All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please include a note with your order number and a reason as to why you are returning the goods. Send them to:

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them via registered post and retain proof of postage. (You will need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail should your package get lost.)
