1. When will I receive my parcel of sparkle? 
We try our best to ship all orders placed before 2pm out on the same day Mon - Fri. Please see our Delivery Options for full explanations of all our postage methods.
        
2. What payments methods are accepted?
Payment methods accepted on GlitterFabricWorld.com are:
Cards: VISA, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Delta, Maestro
Other: PayPal
       
3. Is my customer information secure and private?
Glitter Fabric World does not and will not disclose or share customer information with any other company, third party or affiliate. Your delivery details are stored securely and handled by relevant GFW staff only. We're against spamming and protect our customer information at all times.
        
4. I can't find what I'm looking for?
If you've tried browsing the categories and can’t find what you're after; try searching through the search facility using various keywords.
             
5. Is there a Glitter Fabric World shop or showroom?
We are currently an online shop only. 
        
6. Can I cancel an order?
Whilst shopping on the web site and at any time through the check out you can add and subtract items from your order. If you have already placed your order and paid for the goods, it is most likely too late to add items to your order. Orders are printed out as soon as received and sent for packing. Most orders are fully packed and wrapped within the first day and collected by the post. However, if your items have not been processed, we will issue you a full refund.
      
7. Can I return my order?
If you’re not absolutely delighted with your sparkly goodies we will happily accept returns.
